This project involved the construction of a shopping complex designed to provide retail, and service spaces in one convenient location. The development included multiple shop units, anchor tenant spaces, parking facilities, landscaped public areas, and essential infrastructure such as utilities, security systems, and access roads. The mall is intended to support economic growth, create employment opportunities, and offer a safe, accessible, and attractive destination for shoppers and businesses.

From 21st March 2024, to 18th February 2025 our team was hard at work transforming the Sepopa Site into a thriving estate. This involved construction of  staff houses at Popagano Junior School. With each passing phase, we shaped a development that reflects quality, sustainability, and innovation.
