Botswana Oil – Ghanzi Government Reserve Strategic Depot
As part of our commitment to supporting national infrastructure development, we are currently involved in the Ghanzi Government Reserve Strategic Depot project in partnership with Botswana Oil Limited and the Ministry of Minerals & Energy. The development is located along the Mamuno Trans Kalahari Highway, outside Chobokwane Village, approximately 45 kilometers from Ghanzi Township.
The project entails the construction of a petroleum products storage facility with a capacity of 60 million liters. This strategic infrastructure development is designed to enhance fuel security and support national energy supply requirements.
Office Block - Maun
The project entails the construction of a 4-storey office block, with the 3rd floor reserved for leasing. The 4th floor shall host a restaurant and bar.

Hotel 430 Presidential Suites
We are currently expanding Hotel 430 in Maun through the construction of the Presidential Suites, a development aimed at enhancing the property’s premium accommodation offering. This is a 3-storey building consisting of 18 presidential suites, all self catering and a reception area located on the ground floor.
The works involve structural construction, interior finishes, and supporting infrastructure tailored to meet premium hospitality standards. Through this project, we continue to demonstrate our capability in delivering quality building works within the tourism and hospitality sector.
