Hotel 430 Maun Presidential Suites
We are currently expanding Hotel 430 in Maun through the construction of the Presidential Suites, a development aimed at enhancing the property’s premium accommodation offering. This ongoing project reflects our growing footprint within Botswana’s hospitality construction sector.

Botswana Oil – Ghanzi Government Reserve Strategic Depot
As part of our commitment to supporting national infrastructure development, we are currently involved in the Ghanzi Government Reserve Strategic Depot project in partnership with Botswana Oil Limited and the Ministry of Minerals & Energy. The development is located along the Mamuno Trans Kalahari Highway, outside Chobokwane Village, approximately 45 kilometers from Ghanzi Township.
The project entails the construction of a petroleum products storage facility with a capacity of 60 million liters. This strategic infrastructure development is designed to enhance fuel security and support national energy supply requirements.
Through this ongoing project, we continue to demonstrate our ability to deliver large-scale civil and industrial infrastructure. Our involvement reflects our commitment to supporting both public sector initiatives and national development through quality construction services.
